Odm Lighting endeavors to ensure a seamless and gratifying shopping journey for all our clients. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, rest assured we are here to assist with returns or exchanges, provided you get in touch with us within 30 days from the item’s delivery. Please note, we are unable to accommodate requests beyond this period.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with lampshade, all accessories, and the complimentary bulb.
  • Products should be in the original condition as delivered – unused, unworn, undamaged, and with no alterations or broken wires.


Items Ineligible for Return:

  • Products cannot be returned if more than 30 days have passed since receipt.
  • Custom-made items are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Damage or loss incurred by the customer’s actions are not eligible for a refund.


The Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@odmlighting.com with photos or videos of the item, along with your order number to begin the return process.
  2. Return the Product: we will issue a return label and schedule a pickup with UPS or FedEx. Ensure the item is packaged in the same condition it was received.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and proceed with an exchange or refund accordingly.


Return Charges:

  • If the return is necessitated by our error such as shipping incorrect products, quality issues, or dispatching to the wrong address, all related costs will be covered by us.
  • Should the return arise from buyer-related issues including incorrect selection of product/size, provision of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or simply a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, typically ranging from $50-$100 depending on the package weight.
  • We do not apply any restocking fees for returned products.


Refunds:

  • Post inspection and confirmation of your return, we will inform you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days to the original payment method. Should the returned item not meet refund or exchange criteria, we will contact you via email. If after 3-5 business days the refund has not been received, please recheck your bank account then connect with your bank or card issuer. Refunds can take some time to process officially. If you’ve exhausted these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@odmlighting.com.


Cancellations:

  • If you require order cancellation, please contact us immediately following your purchase. Should the transaction be complete and your package yet to be sent, cancellation can be executed before shipment. A full refund will be issued.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, but may be returned or exchanged as per our policy.

Product Damages:

  • We assure a free replacement for any parts damaged during transit or discovered defective during installation. However, we cannot refund damages or losses caused by customer handling.
